We determined that from February 24, 2021, at 8:53 PM UTC to February 24, 2021, at 10:59 PM UTC, flows were running continuously and unable to complete. We determined that this was due to an upstream issue impacting the infrastructure responsible for processing flows. The upstream issue was resolved, and we confirmed via telemetry flows are able to complete.

Select your flow from the Notifications icon at the top of the web portal or from the Activity tab in the mobile app.
In the flow details, find the step with the red exclamation point icon. This is the error message for your flow.
